ph25 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph25 ("ph25," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph25 online gaming platform available at ph25.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on ph25, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the ph25 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the Platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read together with the ph25 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and ph25.

To register and use the ph25 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. ph25 strictly complies with Philippine gaming regulations, which set the minimum age for participation in casino-style gaming at 21 years. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on ph25.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered account on ph25. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ph25 or by any gaming regulatory authority.

To access the full features of the ph25 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a ph25 account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will promptly update your account information if any details change.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your ph25 account. ph25 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ph25 support immediately via live chat.

ph25 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where ph25 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under applicable Philippine regulations, ph25 may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID.

Deposits. ph25 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the ph25 cashier page and are subject to change. ph25 does not accept deposits from credit cards for gaming purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. ph25 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. ph25 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section. ph25 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Currency. All transactions on ph25 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph25 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

Fraud Prevention. ph25 employs fraud detection systems to protect the integrity of the Platform. Any account found to be involved in fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or money laundering will be immediately suspended, and all funds may be withheld pending investigation. ph25 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities in such matters.

ph25 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph25 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or used within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.

All games available on the ph25 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

ph25 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios with real dealers and are subject to the rules of the respective game as administered by the studio. ph25 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, ph25 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. ph25 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Any attempt to use software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on the ph25 Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph25 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ph25.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud ph25 or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system in any manner.
• Engaging in any conduct that ph25 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or ph25's reputation.

ph25 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. ph25 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to ph25 support via live chat.
• Reality Checks: ph25 may display periodic notifications reminding players of the time elapsed and amounts wagered during a session.

ph25 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling. If ph25 has reason to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification.

All content on the ph25 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ph25 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph25 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ph25.

The ph25 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph25. You may not use any ph25 trademark without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph25 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph25 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform.
• Technical malfunctions, errors, or omissions.
• Unauthorized access to your account.

ph25's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph25 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ph25 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

ph25 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete identity verification.

Upon termination for cause, ph25 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no breach is found, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your ph25 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules. Remaining balances will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending transactions are resolved.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph25 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ph25 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

ph25 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph25 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the Platform or by email.

Your continued use of the ph25 Platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 11.
